All Turbo manifolds are custom made by special request only. We only use 321
Stainless steel tubing to decrease weight, all headers are equal length and
large radius bends, with a merge collector when space restrictions permit. All
of our manifolds use differing radius bends, not just single tight radius 90
degree weld els, which hurt flow. This permits the use of complete U bends which
gives a unique professional look, and also requires less welding. This in turn,
retains the strength of the material.
Some Examples of Our Work

Three Rotor Twin T04E Turbo header
- Specially designed for Jeffrey's street FD, allows equal length header with a merge collector to split into 2 for
the 2 turbo's

|
GT42 Header for RX7 FD - Completely divided 2" primaries, dual
wastegate. Full boost by 4000 RPM, Spool time is cut down to 3500 RPM on a
semi bridge port.
Our kit must use 2 wastegates for space restrictions
and adequate boost control since velocity is kept so high by the size of
the primaries.
