Exhaust Manifolds

All Turbo manifolds are custom made by special request only. We only use 321 Stainless steel tubing to decrease weight, all headers are equal length and large radius bends, with a merge collector when space restrictions permit. All of our manifolds use differing radius bends, not just single tight radius 90 degree weld els, which hurt flow. This permits the use of complete U bends which gives a unique professional look, and also requires less welding. This in turn, retains the strength of the material.

Some Examples of Our Work

Three Rotor Twin T04E Turbo header - Specially designed for Jeffrey's street FD, allows equal length header with a merge collector to split into 2 for the 2 turbo's

GT42 Header for RX7 FD - Completely divided 2" primaries, dual wastegate. Full boost by 4000 RPM, Spool time is cut down to 3500 RPM on a semi bridge port. Our kit must use 2 wastegates for space restrictions and adequate boost control since velocity is kept so high by the size of the primaries.

T3 Header for DSM - T3 header features a fully radiused Merge collector inside, to aid in quick spool up. We also offer this model in a T04 Frame

T04S Divided T4 header - With divided wastegate, short version of our longtube header. Fits underhood, 45 degree outlet for downpipe with turbo in this position, instead of that hideous 120 degree bend. put down 582 to the wheel boost by 4500 on a T66

GT42 header - This particular header spooled the monster GT42 on a 2.0L motor at 6000 RPM

GT42 divided Header for DSM or EVO - Faces the turbo forward, divided wastegate outlet . Designed specifically for race applications buts the turbo inlet right in the grill.

GT42 Header for DSM - divided radiused merge collectors and divided wastegate outlet. Actually fits under the hood! 480hp to the wheel through an automatic at 22psi on a 2.4L boost by 5500.

B18 header - Specifically built for Old School Andy, Divided, double merge collector, to spool the monster T70 turbocharger on a 1.9L motor. This car Laid down over 700 to the wheels.
