welders have a minimum of ten year TIG experience with aluminum; to them it
is an art. Every weld is consistently challenged to be better than the last.
- State of the art super high frequency welding equipment is used to
accurately and consistently give artistically perfect beads on every
Intake manifold.
- Beautifully machined 180 degree velocity stacks are incorporated
into all our intake manifolds.
- Perfectly shaped runners blend into the port of our CNC machined
Flanges.
- Manifolds plenums are TIG welded inside and outside to improve
strength.
- The ports are hand blended to further improve airflow, and the base
flange is accurately CNC flycut to ensure a perfect seal.
- All intake manifolds are mirror polished at no extra charge.
- Each intake manifold is hand crafted for the ultimate in Finish,
quality, and power. You won’t find a better looking finished piece on
the market.
- Magnus also offers High flow Fuel rails for all of our intake
manifold applications.
- Heat barrier gaskets are also available, to further help reduce heat
soak into the intake manifold, these are not only a performance
increase, but also reusable.
We offer direct-nitrous plumbing and nitrous installation on, Nitrous bungs, Larger throttle body flanges, additional bosses, additional fuel rails for staged injection. Because all fabrication is done in house, Magnus can custom tailor your manifold to your needs. Special one-off intake manifolds can be created by request, and for different vehicles.

While we pride ourselves on having one of the
lowest rates of failures in the replacement manifold industry, we do
occasionally have a part that fails in use. When this is brought to our
attention, our policy is simple. IF ANY MAGNUS MANIFOLD EVER FAILS BECAUSE OF A
DEFECT IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP, SEND IT BACK TO US AND WE WILL FIX IT AT NO
CHARGE WHATSOEVER TO YOU. THAT'S RIGHT – LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST ANY FAILURE
THAT IS OUR FAULT – AND NOT JUST TO THE ORIGINAL OWNER – THIS IS A LIFETIME
WARRANTY OF THE MANIFOLD ITSELF. But we go even farther. If you have a failure
that was NOT due to a defect in materials or workmanship – like the common
nitrous, meth, or alcohol backfire events, if you send the manifold back to us
for inspection and testing, we'll sell you a brand new replacement manifold at a
significant discount, even if it was damaged through absolutely no fault of our
own.
